ShadowLand Adventures has exciting news to share! Our Frederick location will be hosting a fundraiser the non-profit Hayden’s Heroes, which is a charity in Frederick dedicated to finding the cure and spreading awareness about the rare disease of Histiocytosis.
Hayden’s Heroes is named after Hayden, a 5 year old little boy with Histiocytosis. Histiocytosis is caused by an over production of white blood cells that attack the bones, skin and organs of the person affected by the immune cell disease.
On Sunday, September 16th $2.00 from every walk in game sold will be donated to Hayden’s Heroes. We are also running a raffle, effective now, until September 17th for a free birthday party. Each raffle ticket is $2.00 and all of the proceeds will benefit Hayden’s Heroes.
